Tara the Wonder Dog
This is my baby girl, Tara, altho she is not a baby anymore.
 She is 11 years young. We got her from ARF (Animal Rescue Foundation) when she was about four months (according to her teeth) and we have loved her forever. She is the best girl and tolerates her bad baby brother, Jackson, who will be heard from later. I just love the way she looks up at me sometimes! She survived a broken leg from being hit by a car and altho she walks with a limp, she usually gets around just fine. I would not trade her for her weight in gold. Jackson on the other hand...

 Weedie, we decided to call her Tara because she is black like Tar, hence, that is how we pronounce it. And speaking of pronunciation, I notice that in mispelling my name, you and Sash have at least spelled it phonetically correctly! I had to correct everyone at Psycho's party this summer when they pronounced it Wheat-ock, as in tic toc.That's Wheat-oak, Vinni and Psycho! Oak, as in Oklahoma! Here is another pic of my hunny bunny. She does not look happy cause she does not like having her picture taken. Sometimes she acts sheepish when I make her look at the camera, like she is in trouble for something.  I love her so much! Last edited by SpencerTheLion : 01-31-2006 at 04:42 PM.

She is like that about everything. She likes children, cats, most other dogs not named Jackson... She is my darling angel dog.

Tara looks like a very lovable dog........but I can see, as you say she is not pleased about picture taking....my cat Pumpkin is the same.....

Tara Is Now Currently The Feature Creature
